Kemenkes supported by 1 secretary-general, 1 inspector general, 4 Directorate Generals (DG), 2 agencies (Balitbangkes and PPSDM) and 5 expert staff.
To support and improve the performance of the ministry of health services to the community,Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia through the Heath Office of Yogyakarta (Dinkes Kota Yogyakarta) are seeking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to join as Tenaga Enumerator (Team Leader and Team Members) to collect health data:
Team Leader (4 People)
Requirements :
- Min D3 majoring in Health (Midwifery, Dental Nurse, Health Analyst / Nurses, Pharmacy, Nutrition Expert, Expert Environmental Sanitation)
- Having leadership
Requirements :
- Min D3 majoring in Health (Medicine, Nutrition, Public Health, Nurses, Midwives, Environmental Sanitation, Health Analyst)
- Able to operate a computer and internet
- Duty-free Letter from the Chairman for those who have worked
- Not pregnant
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Willing to sign a contract
- Submit a cover letter addressed to the Chief Medical Officer of the city of Yogyakarta (Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta), handwritten in black ink enclosing the following requirements:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with current domicile
- Copy of latest academic certificate in health - 1 sheet
- Copy of identity document (KTP / SIM) - 1 sheet
- Color photographs 4x6 (applicant name written behind) - 1 sheet
- Medical certificate (Physical health and not pregnant) from the Government Doctors (RS / Puskesmas)
- Permit letter to work full-time for data collection from Office leader (Government / Private) for have worked applicants
- Promissory note if acceptable to comply with obligations
