To support the performance of the company is to achieve the set targets, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) open job requirements for the position and can be seen as follows:

Finance Manager

Requirements:
  • Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old.
  • At least 5 years experience as Finance Manager.
  • Bachelor degree in Economy, Accounting, Finance Management or other relevant disciplines. Master degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in Financial Strategic & Planning, Treasury Management, Banking, Cash Flow Management, investment management, and financial process in general.
  • Understanding of accounting procedure and tax.
  • Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active & passive).
  • Broad network in Prominent Financiers.
  • Highly of committed, integrity and accountability.
  • Have an interesting personality, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill.
HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old.
  • At least 5 years experience as HR Manager.
  • Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines. Master degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Payroll system and Legal Compliance Services, Training & Development, Selection & Recruitment, Personnel & Employee Relation, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit, Salary Structure Development.
  • Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active & passive).
  • Highly of committed, integrity and accountability.
  • Have an interesting personality, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill.
