- Ability to work in a team as well as working with individual targets
- Preferably have work experience at least 3 years in the field of credit analysis at the Banking and Financial Institutions or other financial institution

- Minimum S1 preferably in Economics / Statistics / Banking
- Understanding the concept of Risk Management and its application
- Understanding the concept of Good Corporate Governance and its application
