To support the performance of the bank in 2014 and the increase in customer service targets, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk  job opening for the position and requirements as follows:

Officer Development Program (ODP)
Location : troughout Indonesia

ODP BNI is a one-year training program of Bank BNI (in-class and in-service training). All ODP's participant  who pass the whole program will qualify to be permanent employees of Bank BNI and will be placed in all parts of Indonesia

General Requirements

• Undergraduate program (S1) or Master program (S2) of top university, both local/overseas with minimum GPA : 2.75 PTN/ 3.00 PTS (scale 4), majoring in Agriculture, Forestry, Plantation, Fishery, Animal Husbandry, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Adimistration, and Law. 
• Maximum age :
• Undergraduate program (S1) : 26 years old. 
• Master program (S2) : 28 years old. 
• Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal) and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Take up the challenge, strong analytics and leadership skills
• Having organizational experience, good computer and writing skills is an assets.
• Willing to undergo bond and to be placed throughout Indonesia.
