To support the performance of the company and increase profits in 2014, PT Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero)  job opening for the position and requirements as follows:

Organization Development Analyst

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum S1 in Psychology or equivalent major from a leading university (GPA min 3.00).
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Experience in making and implementation recruitment and assessment.
• Experience create and making process performance management, job description, career path, organization structure and job grading.
• Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Good command in English will be advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Good personality, detail oriented, positive attitude and team player.

Underwritting Staff (credit Insurance)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 in all major from a leading university, preferably majoring in Accounting or Economics (GPA min 3.00).
• Preferably experience in the field of insurance, banking or financial industries
• Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Good command in English will be advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Good personality, detail oriented, positive attitude and team player.
