cdcindonesia.com - The spirit of co morning all job seekers, the following job information coming from one of the companies engaged in the fields of chemistry and is a subsidiary company of state-owned mining giant PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (or widely known as ANTAM) that deals with  alumina Industry / chemical grade alumina (CGA), that is PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina or PT ICA.Company profiles can be seen as follows.PT ICA was established in 2007 and is recognized as the pioneer in CGA industry in the region of South East Asia. PT ICA is based in Jakarta and having CGA operational plant in Tayan - Sanggau Regency of West Kalimantan. According to ANTAM Annual Report 2013, the construction process of CGA plant in Tayan was started in first quarter of 2011 and expected to be operated commercially in the early of second quarter of 2014. The CGA Tayan plant of PT ICA is expected to produce 300,000 tons of CGA per year.

To support the performance of the company and improve performance in 2015, PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina  job opening for the position and the following requirements:

Legal Staff Tayan (LGSTY)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of legal.
• Strong knowledge about legal matters, such as agreement, license/permit, corporate secretary, land acquisition etc.
• English proficiency and good computer literacy.
• Attention to detail, good interprersonal skill and strong analytical thinking.
• Able to work under pressure and targets.
• Willing to be placed at Tayan Site - Sanggau West Kalimantan.

HR Tayan Staff (HRTYS)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 majoring in any major from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in payroll, C&B, payroll and . or learning development staff.
• Strong knowledge about act and the employment ordinance.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
• Have a good Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and targets.
• Willing to be placed at Tayan Site - Sanggau West Kalimantan.

BOD-Secretary Tayan (BODSTY)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Minimum D3 Secretary from a leading university with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having knowledge / understanding of secretarial administration, meeting minutes, correspondence as well as experience in the field of secretarial at least 3 years.
• Preferably having other experiences like MC, meeting arranger etc.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
• Honest, hardworking and responsible for the work.
• Have a good Microsoft Office and e-mail skills.
• Able to work under pressure and targets.
• Willing to be placed at Tayan Site - Sanggau West Kalimantan.
