Admin Recruitment

Requirements

• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Capable of handling administration problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field, preferably staff specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-time position available.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office.

Remuneration & Benefit Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics, Human Resource Managament, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• Possess excellent skills in computer, interpersonal and leadership.
• Advanced knowledge about BPJS (Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan) and others.
• Required language : Bahasa.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field, preferably staff in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Full-time position available.

Head Learning and Development

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Phychology from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest and dependable.
• Basic knowledge about training need analysis, training method, training evaluation.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta.
