Superntendent - Industrial Relations
(Permanent Position)
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication.
 - At least 7 – 9 years of working experience in the field of industrial relation.
 - Have an understanding of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
 - Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
 - Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in any discipline.
 - Holding Customs Expertise Certificate (PPJK).
 - At least 3 years of working experience in Customs Duty.
 - Familiar with Customs Module.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to liaise within KPC, Counterpart, Subcontractor and Government Worker.
 - Knowledge of material would be an advantage.

Requirements
- Graduate in Industrial Engineering.
 - More than 3 years of working experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industries.
 - In depth knowledge of purchasing, customs, logistic warehousing principles and market place.
 - Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
 - Advanced knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
 - Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
 - Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus.
 - Skills in analysis, negotiation and communication in Indonesian.
 - Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, after sales services claims, and meetings.
 - Process mapping and facilitation skills.

Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mining or Engineering.
 - Minimum 2 years of working experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
 - Advanced knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
 - Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
 - Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
 - Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents.
 - Wide understanding on supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.

- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in HR Management / Psychology / Industrial Engineering.
 - At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
 - In depth knowledge of up-to-date Human Resource and organisational development issues.
 - Demonstrated good time management, analytical thinking, problem solving skills.
 - Strong interest in people development.

Requirements
- Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA).
 - Minimum 10 years of working experience in mining environment, preferably in maintenance or production, such that a good understanding has developed of the mining operation in general, and of training and HSE systems and programmes specifically.
 - Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all level.
 - Excellent presentation skills to conduct interesting safety talks.
 - Ability to convince and motivate employees and supervisory staff to comply with Prima Nirbhaya requirements.
 - Excellent coordination and planning skills to achieve competency development for employees according to individual and the departments needs and priorities.
 - Ability to maintain accurate records and filling system, particularly to meet ISRS audit requirements.
 - Good knowledge of training and development programmes available and the systems and processes to be used to nominate personnel for that training and development.

Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mining Engineering.
 - Minimum 2 years of working experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
 - Proficiency in computing and data analysis programmers.
 - Familiar with MINEX software.
 - General Requirements
 - Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
 - Demonstrate good interpersonal and organisational skills.
 - Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
 - Proficiency in Computing (Microsoft Office).
 - Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity.
