In line with its continued expansion program, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Al Ihsan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat invites qualified candidates to fullfill the position as follows

General Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years and maximum 25 years old, except for General Practitioners max 30 years old and specialist doctor maximum 36 years old.
• Application letter.
• Legalized copy of educational certificate.
• Legalized copy of educational transcript (minimum GPA of 3.00).
• Copy of SKCK.
• Copy of Birth Certificate.
• Copy of ID Card and KK.
• Medical certificate from Doctor.
• Legalized copy of STR / resi (for medical positions).
• Recent color photograph 4x6 (2 sheets).
