ODP INTERNAL - Dealer Treasury Regional Area

General Requirements

• Permanent employees of Bank BNI with a minimum working period of 3 years per 1 June 2015 (incl. 50% non permanent employment period).
• Rating in 3 years (the period of 2012, 2013 and 2014) of at least "GOOD / ACCOMPLISHED"
• Maximum age of 38 years old, as of 1 June 2015.
• Non-Officer employees:
• ASST position, or
• For ASST employees who are currently in a period of candidates Analyst Band 2, can follow this program with the release candidate of its Analyst Band 2, evidenced by a statement of resignation, or
• AMGR (Analyst Band 2 already confirmed).
• Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Never participated in the ODP test selection or maximum 2 times participated in the ODP test selection.
• Not in the case or not within the validity period of Administrative Sanctions.
• Willing to be placed in all working units of Bank BNI (Jakarta, WSM, WAY, WBN, WDR, WMO, WMK, WPL, WBJ, WMD).
