Cost Control Officer (CC)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in the field of Engineering / Construction Contract Administration / Estimator.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Proficient in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Logistic and Equipment (LE)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of building materials and building project equipments.
• Have excellent skill in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Health Safety and Environment Officer (HSE)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering / Public Health.
• Preferably certified Ahli K3.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Surveyor Pengukuran (SP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Building Construction Project Measurement / Surveyor.
• Familiar with measuring instruments (theodolites, waterpass).
• Able to read drawings.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
• Experience in the field of Engineering / Construction Contract Administration / Estimator.
• Able to calculate the volume of work and material.
• Able to manage the price list of materials up to date.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.

Drafter (DFR)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• At least 2 years experience in the related field.
• Technical expertise in Auto Cad.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Pelaksana Finishing (FS)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in highrise building finishing work.
• Able to make a work progress report.
• Strong knowledge about the finishing work in the field.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Structure Superintendent (SS)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in highrise building projects.
• Able to make a work progress report.
• Strong knowledge in the field of construction work.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Quality Control (QC)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Good understanding about the quality management system, procedures, standards of tolerance and work instructions.
• Good knowledge of material quality and work quality.
• At least 2 years experience as a Project QC at Highrise Building.
• Assertive and able to coordinate.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Site Engineer (SE)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Operating knowledge of Auto ad and Microsoft Project.
• Good understanding in the cost analysis and scheduling.
• Good understanding in shopdrawing and contract documents.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia Region.
