Requirements

• Minimum requirement of D3 (preferred) or S1 in Secretary.
• Good knowledge and strong understanding about the archives guidelines.
• Strong understanding and mastering the correspondence and archives.
• Have a service-oriented attitude with a friendly and attractive appearance.
• Able to communicate well and smoothly (communicative).
• Fluent in English (written and conversation).
• Operating knownedle of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), data processing and internet applications.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years as an Executive Secretary.
• Employment Status: Full Contract / PWT with maximum 2 years of contract period.
