General Requirements

• Fresh graduate Bachelor Degree or MBA, majoring in one of these majors
• Any major (HR, Marketing, and CBD)
• Engineering (Product Supply)
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non academic activities.
• Must have proven success from school of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others.
• Good thinking/problem solving skills.
• High creativity and innovation.
• Good initiative & follow through, communication and priority setting.
• Self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis.
• Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
