Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (S1/S2) majoring in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• Holds around 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Have an understanding of Indonesian labor / manpower regulation (Law No 13 of 2003).
• Have a good knowledge of Human Resources (rcruitment, organization development, industrial relation).
• Possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in West Jakarta.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
