Requirements

• Background in Master Degree (S2) in Psychology with professional certification (S.Psi.Psi / M.Psi).
• Possess certification in Certified Assessor Assessment Center
• Minimum 1 year of experience in following fields.
• Developing the design, methods, and tools assessment center.
• Expertise in the operation assessment center.
• Assessing the assessment center method.
