[Talent Pool] Assistant Customer Service Operations Manager
Main Job Purpose
- To ensure customer service level for MTDA hit the optimum number.
- The position will work mainly on order management and order validation of customer order, both EDI and manual order. This will include analysis of distribution network and designing suitable ways of working to meet customer demand
- The position will work closely with our logistic team to ensure all the valid order executed on time
- The position will work closely with our planning and stock management team to ensure stock availability for customers
- Key Requirements
- S1 Industrial Engineering or Management Operation
- Minimum 1 year experience is preferred
