Our principal location is at Tabalong district in South Kalimantan, where our subsidiary PT Adaro Indonesia operates the largest single-site coal mine in the southern hemisphere. We operate under a first-generation CCA (coal co-operation agreement) with the Indonesian Government valid until 2022.
Our coal is primarily sold to power generation providers, and we sell an average of about 25% of our coal to customers domestically in Indonesia and 75% to overseas customers, predominantly in Asia.

Coal Mining and ROM Management Supervisor - Kalimantan Selatan

Job Responsibilities

• To achieve of coal production targets
• Minimum contamination and big coal from mining and ROM areas
• To maintain the quality and quantity of coal stored in ROM
• To achive Zero LTI and incident at front loading of coal and ROM

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree Mining Engineering / Geology Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Preferably experience in open cut mining
• Have good leadership skill
• Have ability of Monitoring Design and Sequence and also familiar with Minescape
• Preferably have Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certificate
• Status: Permanent

Plant Production Improvement Foreman - Kalimantan Tengah

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze the entire proses and work procedures that exist in Plant Production for improvement
• Identify and eliminate waste in Plant Production to support the achievement of productive and efficient operations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Have knowledge of Project Management
• Have knowledge about K3LH
• Status: Permanent
