Expert Design Exercise for Assessment Center Division (Kontrak)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor or Master Degree majoring in Psychology, Business Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Assessment or Human Resources.
  • Have experience in performing analysis on data needs to be done analysis and generate insight.
  • Mastering the concepts and applied designing competencies.
  • Have acknowledgment from consultancy or professional institution about competency design or consultation.
  • Previous experience as an assessor assessment center for the regional.
  • Competencies : analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, adaptability, tolerance for stress, fostering team work, continuous improvement.
