Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any fields.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 for PTN and 3.00 for PTS.
• Single (not married) with the maximum age of 27 years old.
• Good looking, confident, and have good communication skills
• Minimum height of 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female.
• Have proportional weight and height.

Teller (TL)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any fields.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 for PTN and 3.00 for PTS.
• Single (not married) with the maximum age of 25 years old.
• Good looking, confident, and have good communication skills
• Minimum height of 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female.
• Have proportional weight and height.

Marketing Mikro (MKT)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Micro Banking for D3.
• Preferably have experience for S1.
• Confident, and have good communication skills.
• Target oriented.
• Possess Driving License Class C (SIM C) and own motorcycle is a must.
• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek area.

Relationship & Collection (RC)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial services industry, especially in the field of collection.
• Preferably have experience in micro banking.
• Skilled in soft collection and hard collection.
• Possess Driving License Class C (SIM C) and own motorcycle is a must.

Mikro Unit Head (MUH)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading work units in the banking sector.
• Preferably have experience in micro banking.
• Skilled in credit analyst and collateral appraisal. 
• Able to use MS office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Have good negotiation skills, product selling skills, credit risk mitigation.
• Have a vision and strategy in developing units and achieving targets.
• Target oriented.
• Possess Driving License Class C (SIM C) and own motorcycle is a must.
