Financial Reporting & Analytics

We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Analytics who will be responsible to Provides full P&L expertise reporting delivery to assure right quality and time of standard / ad-hoc reports, complemented with insights with the following details:

• Extracts relevant data and perform data validation
• Prepares periodic reports and provides final accuracy checks
• Prepare first level analysis across all market reports and prepares commenting
• Conducts ad hoc analysis once approved by leadership
• Power user of revenue forecasting tools to be able to deliver high quality/accuracy
• Understands and participate to the development of volume, Price , mix excise tax models
• Ensure that assigned Regional and OC Functional activities are carried over with accuracy within agreed timing (Sr: and limited supervision)
• Provide relevant insights to respective customers as per assigned activities
• Establish a solid and fruitful collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & experiences:

• Strong analytical skills (Scenario analysis, data modelling
• Have experience in financial analysis, reporting and system implementation
• Have experience and exposure in Data insights and solutions – Data Interpretation and Problem Solving
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team

Financial Planning Analyst - Jakarta

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst who will be responsible to do price, excise tax, user acquisition & retention and volume scenarios. Integrate overall operating income vision for markets with insights with the following details:

• Power user of revenue forecasting tools to be able to deliver high quality / accuracy
• Understands and participate to the development of the users, volume, Price ,excise tax models
• Be the first point of contact for the Market counterpart (BDP / FPR Analyst / Manager)
• Delivers proper and on time inputs into the system
• Analysis / inputs based on an Agreed Service Level Agreement
• Participates in the process continuous improvement (in collaboration with Governance team)

Skills & Experiences

• Good understanding of financial, accounting, and financial statements analysis
• Outstanding analytic and quantitative skills, including ability to develop and maintain financial models.
• Have experience in finance fundamental and accounting
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team

Sustainability Engineer - Pasuruan

We are currently looking for a talent candidate to join our core team! You will be responsible for:

• Able to compose specific reporting required by government & company in the environmental & sustainability management performance (e.g: UKL-UPL / AMDAL, PROPER, etc.).
• Able to compose, analyze & developing program for Environmental Impact – Aspect Assessment based on ISO 14001:2015 management system as well as Risk Based Management based on OHSAS 18001:2007 / ISO 45001:2018
• Able to perform compliance monitoring to the minimum requirement in environmental, occupational health & safety management (both local and company relevant regulation) specific to his / her area of responsibility.
• Able to organize / lead the team to retain the Environmental Management System Standard (e.g. ISO 14001:2015) certification & Occupational Health & Safety Management System Standard (e.g. OSHAS 18001:2007 / ISO 45001:2018).
• Location: Sukorejo / Karawang Factory.

Qualifications

• Have Environmental Certification (ISO 14001 Auditor / Lead Auditor)
• Have experienced in KLHK PROPER assessment (Industrial supervision program which aims to encourage industry adherence to environmental regulations)
• Value-added: Certification ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001, experienced as Auditor SMK3
• Experienced at least 3 years from Multinational Company
• Bachelor of Safety Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Strong analytical thinking, drive for the result and always focus / put customer at the core.
• Agile and able to work well under pressure.
• Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
• Type of Job: Permanent or regular
