Unit Manager (Code : UM)

Requirements

• Male/Female, min D3 with max age 36 years old
• Preferably having min 2 years experience as unit leader in micro finance or 3 years as loan officer/marketing offices in micro finance unit
• Mastring in local language and culture
• Experienced in lead a team
• Preferably having customer base and motor vehicle (SIM C)

Analisis Pembiayaan Unit (Code : APU)

Requirements

• Male/Female, min D3 with max age 32 years old
• Preferably having min 2 years experience as credit/loan officer in micro finance
• Mastring in local language and culture
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Preferably having customer base and motor vehicle (SIM C)

Marketing Unit (Code : MKU)

Requirements

• Male/Female, min D3 with max age 32 years old
• Preferably having min 1 year experience as sales or marketing in micro finance institution
• Mastring in local language and culture
•  Preferably having customer base and motor vehicle (SIM C)

Kollektor Unit (Code : KLU)

Requirements

• Male/Female, min SMA/SMK with max age 30 years old
• Preferably having min 2 years experience as Collector in banking/micro finance institution or other financial institutions
• Preferably having motor vehicle (SIM C)

Operasional Unit (Code : OPU)

Requirements

• Male/Female, min D3 Accounting/Finance with max age 26 years old
• Min 1 year experience as finance/credit staff in financial institution
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Having SIM C
• Having a good communication skill

Kasir Unit (Code : KSU)

Requirements

• Male/Female, min SMA/SMK equivalent with max age 22 years old
• Min 1 year experience in the field of administration/finance
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Having SIM C
• Have an understanding of Accounting and finance administration
• Having a good communication skill

General Requirements

• Local people or domiciled at selected locations
• Mastering in local language and culture
• Having experience in banking, micro finance, or other financial intitution and preferably having customer base
