Legal Counsel
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law from a leading Indonesian law school. An LLM graduate is a plus.
- 5-10 years’ experience as a legal advisor. Experiences working in upstream oil and gas business is a plus .
- Thorough working knowledge of the purpose of and legal issues arising in connection with agreements and other arrangements commonly used in the upstream oil & gas business
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
- 2 years’ experience within Finance / cost control / reporting function
- Knowledge in SAP Modules would be an advantage
