Retail District Manager - Java

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university, Master degree would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experience with exposure in multi-national retail company, or FMCG background in either sales, trade or channel management
• High proficiency in computer skill and English communication skill
• Good communication, coaching and consultancy skills
• Demonstration of the aspired behaviors (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) and Shell core values (Honesty, Integrity, Respect for People)
• Demonstrable competence in implementing standard processes, achieving sales targets, building relationships with partners, retailers and distributors, and delivering Retail Customer Commitment
