Officer Development Program (Code : ODP-IPB)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 from Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Animal Science Faculty of Agricultural Technology, and the Faculty of Economics & Management
• Minimal GPA 2.75 (scale of 400)
• Maximum age 25 years old (for graduates S1 and fresh graduates) or maximum of 27 years old (for graduates S2 or who have experience working in the banking sector at least 1 year)
• Preferably Male, not married, and good looking
• Have a good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking, diligent and independent
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Willing to be placed throughout the office of BRI AGRO
• Willing to follow the selection process
• Physically and mentally healthy
