VAC2797 - Audit Manager - SOX
Field : Audit

Requirements

• Male/Female, max 40 years old
• Graduated from reputable University
• Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, target orientation, communication and supervisory skills
• Excellent English skills (writing and verbal)
• Audit or Public Accounting experience (min. 4 years)
• Involve in SOX Audit engagement (min. 2 years)
• Supervision/managerial level (minimum of 1 year)
• Commitment to quality and timely result of the works
• Good leadership and team work skills

VAC2924 - Assistant General Counsel (Manager) Corporate Affairs & Business Development
Field : Legal

Requirements

• Must minimally Bachelor or Law Degree with at least 5 years experience as Corporate Lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinational and/or publicly listed corporation.
• Familiar with company laws, banking and finance laws, investment laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws, as well as in depth knowledge of securities and capital market regulations.
• (Preferably) qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI).

Requirements
