Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University (Year of Graduation 2011-2013) majoring in HR or Management (minimum GPA 3.00)
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Have experience in learning and people development principles and concepts
- Have experience in training and facilitation skill
- Understand th behavioral assessment tools
