PTPN XI also operates a sacks factory in Surabaya under the name of PK Rosella Baru.

- Minimum education S-1
- Understand the concept of HRM in general and the relationship between functions.
- Able to make the analysis of workforce needs and job competency standards.
- Willing to work full time and out of town service
- Have experience in similar projects / similar is a plus
- Able to express ideas in writing and orally
- Ability to work in a target
