Business Analyst
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organisation.
- Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation and presentation.
- Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries.
- Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modelling skills.
- Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation.
- Minimun Bachelor degree in Finance or Math
- Min 3 years working experiences as analyst or consultant is preferable (but not essential).
- Preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies (but not essential)
- Must be team oriented, self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritise work.
- Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineer
- Min. 4 years previous experience in Business Development in Engineering Constructions sectors
- Able to work in extended hours to meet deadlines, target & multiple tasks
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Committed to delivering the best possible service to the internal and external clients
- Able to travel regionally at short notice

Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Having minimal 8 (eight) years exposure with Mining Industry
- Min 3 (three) years experiences in similar fields
- Knowledge of Legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process.
- Good communication and networking capability

Requirements:
- Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
- Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, written & verbal
- Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
- Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling

Requirements:
- Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
- Required to travel to site
- Ensure all designs produced are cost effective and within the budget constraints of the Project
- Develop a close relationship with the Procurement Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and procurement management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods
- Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering
- Maximize Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted to suit the requirements of the contract
- Min. 15 years previous experiences in Engineering with 5 years as a Manager
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably Law
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR field, especially in Industrial Relations
- Familiar with Government Employment Regulation
- Willing to work extended office hours as and when required, and travel out of the office
- Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents
- Good attention to detail

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree, preferably from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min. 10 years professional experience, with the last 5 years in supervisory level preferably in Oil & Gas Company
- Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action
- Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favoritism
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- Understand HSE principle in all aspects of Base Operations
- Computer literate (Advance level in Ms. Office : Word, Excel, and Power Point) Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
- Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mining or Engineering from reputable local university/overseas
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in related field, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position.
- Managerial skill, maturity with strong in leadership capability
- Engineering & construction operation professional
- Commercially astute

Requirements:
- Min. Senior Technical High School and/or Apprentices graduate (preferable from Diploma graduate in Engineering)
- Minimal 5 years having experiences as a trainer in HE Welding & Fabrication in the field at high risk industry in Mining or Oil and Gas Company.
- Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and mining process
- Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
- Good communication in English both verbal and writing
- Good Computer literate
- Willing to travel to all company’s sites
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
