Litigation Manager (In House Lawyer)

Requirements

• Graduate of a reputable University majoring in Law (Postgraduate preferred)
• Minimum 10 (ten) years experiences in Litigation work for Litigation Manager and Minimum 3 (three) years experiences for Litigation Officer
• Having experience in Banking or Insurance Industry is preferred
• Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments covering multiple levels of courts
• Experiences in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying company during legal proceedings
• Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
• Excellent command in English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking
• Good personality, positive attitude and team player
• Committed to continued professional learning in line with dynamic legal regulations locally and globally

• Have a minimum of 5 years work experience:
• As a Programmer, have a good knowledge in
• Proficient web programming such as PHP, HTML, Java script
• AS400 RPG ILE is preferred
• Mobile Programming
• Database Programming (db2, sql, mysql)
• As a System Analyst, experienced as a programmer who did the analysis and design of information technology systems that refers to the company's business process
• Able to work in a teams
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Able to speak English active orally and in writing

Programmer
