Min D3 Max age 36 years old Preferably experienced as micro finance unit head at least 2 years or as micro finance loan officer/marketing at least 3 years Have a good leadership skill Mastering local language and culture Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)	Min D3 Max age 32 years old Preferably min 2 years of experience as analyst or credit/loan officer at micro finance Mastering local language and culture Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)
Kolektor Unit (KLU) & Remedial	Smart Training Program (SMPT)
