1. Marketing Unit (MKU)
2. Marketing Training Program (SMART TP)

General Requirements

• Min SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Max age 32 years old
• At least 1 year of experience as sales/marketing at micro finance institution, such as BPR, cooperative and Multi Finance (MKU)
• At least 1 year experience as sales/marketing at manufacture or consumer good companies (SMART TP)
• Mastering local language and culture
• Familiar with Word and Excel programs
• Have a good communication skill, honest, discipline and target oriented
• Have personal vehicle and license/SIM C
• Preferable have customer data base (MKU)
• Willing to follow the education and training programs outside the city (SMART TP)
