Requirements

• Residents Central Java (ID Card Central Java)
• Maximum age of 28 years old on 1 March 2014
• Bachelor's Degree (S-1) with majors in accordance with the needs of the village / district assignments
• Having the ability to write and document the report via informatics technology (Internet)
• Have a good health
• Well-behaved and never sentenced to prison or jail based on court decisions; 
• Not married and willing to not marry during SP-3 contrats 
• Do not have a job and or not under contract with other agency
• Not demanding appointed civil servant; 
• Willing to sign an employment contract and would be placed in the village location of assignment and did not leave the village location of assignment during the contract period.
