As of December 2010, PHE has 36 domestic subsidiaries, including 9 Joint Operating Body–Production Sharing Contract (JOB-PSC), 16 PERTAMINA Participating Interest (PPI), 9 production sharing contract Coal Bed Methane (PSC-CBM). The Company also operates 1 overseas subsidiary in Australia; PHE Australia which is manages 10% license at VIC/L26, VIC/L27 and VIC L/28 BMG blocks Australia.

Drilling HSSE Lead (D&C/HSSE/PHEONWJ/H/1213/01)

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering Background
  • Having more than 10 years in oil & gas industry
  • Minimum 7 years of total experiences required in drilling, completion, testing, work-over and well-services activities with field exposure as Safety Coach/Officer and good knowledge/understanding operational HSSE function with field exposure
  • Must have Survival and HUET licenses
  • Understanding of ISO 14001 certification is advantage
  • Having strong personality and good communication skills
  • Good command in English is a must (verbal and written)
  • Ability to lead groups, work with peers, and communicate/influence with others
