Requirements

• Max age 35 years old in 2014 
• Psychologist or a minimum of S2 Professional Psychology 
• GPA S1 and S2 min 3.51 
• At least 2 years of working experience as a psychologist in the field of industrial and organizational psychology
• Understand and be able to use psychological tests
• Familiar with information technology equipment (including internet access) 
• Have high commitment 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Fast learner
• Good personality
