• D3 Polytechnic majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering
2. Staf Desain & Engineering
• S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Physics Engineering 
3. Staf Keuangan
• D3 majoring in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, Taxation
4. Staf Humas
• S1 majoring in Public Relation, English Literature, International Relation
5. Staf Legal
• S1 majoring in Law
6. Staf Teknologi Informasi
• D3 Informatics Polytechnic

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citized (WNI)
• Non-Education Graduates from reputable university (PTN with minimum accredited B or PTS with minimum accredited A)
• Grade point average (GPA) min 3.00 (PTN) and 3.25 (PTS)
• Maximum age 32 years old as of 1 January 2014
• Have a good health, not color blind and drugs free
• Have working experience is an added value
