Program Pengembangan Staf (PPS) BRI 

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from a reputable universities with accredited A or B
• Education majors 
• PPS Umum : From the Faculty / Department of Economics, Law, Engineering, Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Psychology, FISIPOL (Only for International Relations, Communication Studies, Fiscal Administration, Business Administration, and State Administration), MIPA (only for Mathematics, and Statistics)
• PPS Auditor : From the Faculty / Department of Economics, Law, Engineering, Agriculture, FISIPOL (Only for Fiscal Administration, Business Administration, and State Administration), MIPA (only for Mathematics, Statistics) 
• PPS IT : From the Faculty / Department of Computer Science, Information Engineering
• Minimum GPA
• S1 : minimum GPA 3.00
• S2 : minimum GPA 3.25 with the provisions of S1 GPA min. 3.00
• Maximum age
• S1 : maximum age 27 years old
• S2 : maximum age 30 years old
• Priority for applicants who have not participated in previous selection of PPS BRI
• Willing to follow all selection process 
• Single/not married and willing for not married for 1 year since was appointed as Permanent employees of Bank BRI
• Willing to be stationed in all work units of Bank BRI nationwide and abroad
• Willing to sign a Letter of Agreement with Bank BRI if been accepted as a participant of PPS BRI
