VAC3902 - Division Head Legal Technology & Network
Field : Legal
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree of Law with at least 10 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation preferably fammiliar with telecommunication industry.
- Skillful with company laws, telecommunication laws, anti competition law, as well as in depth knowledge of consumer protection law.
- Proficiency in English
- (Preferably) qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI)
Field : Sales
Requirements
- Education min. bachelors degree, age max. 30 years old
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a complex and challenging sales environment (i.e Telco & IT Company)
- Having knowledge about B2B Mobile Services
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills
- Demonstrate ability to build working relationships with decision makers at a wide variety of different companies
- Demonstrate ability to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgement
- Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
- Fluent in English (verbal & written comunication)
Field : Audit
Requirements
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking, target orientation, and communication skill.
- Fast learner and good team player
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in 2G & 3G RAN operations, performance monitoring & optimization, or planning & implementation
- Experience in RAN Interfaces & Access Transmission (microwave or fiber optic) configuration/operation
- Good understanding in Network Management Framework (e.g. eTOM, ISO, or ITIL) will be advantageous consideration
Field : Finance
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills (preferably with in a successful telco)
- Analytical thinking together with strong understanding of business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Target oriented problem solving approach
- Minimum five years experience gained in an IT Financial Systems Support/ Business Analyst role
- SAP/Oracle ERP exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems or a field related to financial information.
- Cognos experience preferred

Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years product marketing experience in Telecom sector; B2B experience is a plus
- Proven experience and customer product selling experience; B2B experience is a plus
- Understand on segmenting, targeting, positioning and marketing mix concept
- Financial and analytical experience especially product feasibility study
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
- Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English language
- Corporate level proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing and computer skills, etc.
