In 1955, the Academy was transformed into an independent unit under the name od The Faculty of Social Political Science of Gadjah Mada University. At present, the Faculty of Social Political Science of UGM operates 6 undergraduate study programs (departments); namely Public Policy and Management, International Relations, Communications, Politics and Government, Social Development and Welfare, and Sociology. FISIPOL UGM also host 6 master degree programs (S2) and 4 doctoral programs (S3). As of May 2006, the faculty has 12,087 undergraduate (S1) alumnus in all majors.
To support the performance of the faculty in order to run well and improve services in the world of teaching, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Gadjah Mada  job opening for the position and requirements as follows:

A. Dosen Tetap Non PNS bergelar S3 (3 positions)

Requirements

• Maximum age 50 years old when applying
• Latest education Doctoral Degree (S3), preferably overseas graduates
• S3 research related to the topic of Political Science and Government
• Legalized copy of S3 diploma
• Legalized copies of S2 diploma and transcript
• Legalized copies of S1 diploma and trancsript
• Recommendation letter from lecturers promoter

B. Dosen Tetap Non PNS bergelar S2 (2 positions)

Requirements

• Maximum age 35 years old when applying
• Latest education Master Degree (S2), preferably overseas graduates
• For S2 from local universities minimum GPA 3.50 and thesis score minimum A
• Legalized copies of S2 diploma and transcript
• Legalized copies of S1 diploma and trancsript
• Recommendation letter from lecturers promoter

C. Manajer Reasearch Center of Politics and Government (1 position)

Requirements

• Maximum age 35 years old when applying
• Minimum S1
• Legalized copies of S1 diploma and trancsript
• Have managarial experience, particularly in the field of social research

General Requirements
