General Requirements
- Minimum GPA 2.90
- Maximum age 27 years-old
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450)
- Willing to be placed in ADM's plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung
- Willing to work with shifting system (day/night)
- Computer literate (minimum familiar with Ms Office)
- Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage
- Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill
- Interested in automotive industry
