Management Development Program (MDP)
Requirements
- S1/S2 graduates from various disciplines, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, public health science and nursing.
- Active in the organization activities, both within and outside the campus.
- Minimum GPA 3.01 (S1) and 3.20 (S2)
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing
- Not married, maximum age 26 years.
- Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated, and like the challenge.
- Willing is not married during the MDP education (9 months)
- Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia.
- Computer literate, minimum familiar with MS Office application (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Have not participated in the selection process at Bank Syariah Mandiri within a period of 6 months
