Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Preferably Male
• Single (never been married).
• Good looking.
• Minimum height of 170 cm.
• Minimum S1, from the faculty of Agricultural, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Technology, Economics, Management/Accounting/Banking/Business.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (S1 PTN) or 3.00 (S1 PTS)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (S2 PTN) or 3.25 (S2 PTS)
• Maximum age 25 years old (S1 and frash graduated) or maximum age 27 years old (S2 or having banking experience at least 2 years).
• Have a good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team or individually.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to follow the entire process of selection.
• Willing to be stationed in all working units of Bank BRI Agro.
