PTPN 9 was officially established in 1996 and having plantation area in Central Java Province. PTPN 9 has 2 division units, namely Seasonal Crops Division and Perennial Crops Division. The Seasonal Crops Division office is based in Surakarta and operates by 8 sugar refineries. The Perennial Crops Division is based in Semarang and operates 15 estates.In 2012, PTPN 9’s total revenue reported 9.37% down, from Rp1.53 trillion in 2011 to Rp 1.39  trillion (based on PTPN 9 Annual Report 2012 as cited.

 Requirements
  • Female, maximum age 25 years old
  • Minimum D3 (preferably a graduate of the Secretary)
  • GPA of at least 3.00 (for PTS) and 2.75 (for PTN)
  • Attractive appearance with a minimum height 160 cm
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Maximum age 25 years
  • Single (non married)
