Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in any disciplines, preferably Psychology or Law.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the field of HR, preferably at oil & gas industry.
• Having solid knowledge in Performance Management System; Competency or Talent management; Job Analysis.
• Having proper understanding in WP&B from SKKMIGAS.
• Possess competency or behavior event interview skills.
• Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal.
