Requirements

• Education Background: 
• S2/S1 Legal Studies.
• Capabilities and competencies: 
• Knowing and understanding the Indonesian law and international law.
• Knowing and understanding the oil business and operational.
• Knowing and understanding the laws relating to petroleum.
• Knowing and understanding the business law. 
• Having the ability to negotiate.
• Experience: 
• Minimum of 5 years experience.

Legal Counsel - Junior Legal Counsel Conflict & Dispute ( LEGALC1402 )

Requirements

• Education Background: 
• Legal Studies. 
• Capabilities and competencies: 
• Arbitration & Mediation skills 
• Litigation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowing and understanding the Indonesian and international law. 
• Knowing and understanding the process of inquiry and investigation of competition issues. 
• Knowing and understanding the proceedings at the forum / institutions arbitration / court.
• Experience: 
• Minimum of 5 years experience specifically related to conflict and dispute
