By the end of 2013, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) holds 90.06% shares in REKIND. While the rest was onwed by the Government of Indonesia (4.97%), and PT Pupuk Kaltim (4.97%). According to REKIND’s 2012, the Company booked an increase in its operational performance in 2012. REKIND’s sales achievement as of 2012 reached Rp 9.385 trillion, compared to Rp 6.684 trillion in 2011.
To support the performance of the company and increase profits in 2014, PT Rekayasa Industri  job opening for the position and requirements as follows:

 HSE Superintendent

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) program of Engineering or Occupational Safety. 
  • Minimum 5 years experiences as a HSE Superintendent and 7 years experiences as a HSE Engineer. 
  • Advance skills in computer operation for reporting. 
  • Good communication in English and Malay. 
  • Have high initiatives and strong leaderships skill.
  • Have a good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Have a good knowledge in International Act & Regulation of Construction Occupational Safety & Health. 
  • Have a good knowledge in Construction Safety, Scaffolding, Electrical, machinery, Chemical Safety, Civil and Structure safety is more advantage. 
  • Have a good knowledge as HSE Superintendent in regulating the discipline subcontractor. 
  • Understanding in Engineering Safety.
