Staff GA
Requirements
- Male age 22-30 years.
- D3/S1 all the majors.
- Fresh Graduate or experienced at least 1 year
- Have Driving licence class A and C (SIM A and C).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Admin Teknik
Requirements
- Female, age 25-30 years.
- Minimal S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- At least 2-3 years experience in the same field
- Able to create reports related to Engineering.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
ME Engineer
Requirements
- Male, age 35-40 years.
- Minimal S1 Electrical Engineering / Civil.
- At least 10 years experience in the same field.
- Able to estimate the calculation of the building M & E (materials).
- Able to make the design and calculation of the M & E of the building in accordance with the drawings.
Admin Sales
Requirements
- Female, age 25-30 years
- Minimum D3 / S1 all the majors.
- At least 1 years experience.
- Target oriented
- Strong marketing communications skill.
Procurement SPV
Requirements
- Male / Female, age 30-35 years old.
- Minimal S1 Finance.
- Assertive and have good analytical skill.
- At least 5 years experience in the same field.
- Able to communicate well and work together in teams
Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Male / Female, age 30-40 years old
- At least 7 years experience in the same field
- Minimal S1 all the majors.
- Willing to be placed anywhere according to the needs of the company.
- Able to communicate well and work together in teams
Manager Admin & Keuangan (Asset Management)
Requirements
- Male / Female, age 28-35 years old
- Minimum S1 Accounting and Finance
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Understand the principles of accounting and financial reporting and taxation
- Experience in the Property and Hotel.
- Fluent in English.
- Have the ability to create analytical reports.
Sales Manager
Requirements
- Male / Female, age 30-35 years old.
- Minimal S1 from all the majors.
- At least 5 years experience in the field of property.
- Willing to be placed anywhere as needed company.
- Having good communication.
Construction Manager
Requirements
- Male age 35-40 years.
- Minimum S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in the field of property.

- Male age 40-45 years
