KA Property is based in Jakarta and has 5 working areas located at Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya. During 2012, KA Property successfully maintained profitability, KA Property booked Rp5.39 billion in net profits for 2012.
To support the performance of the company in 2014 and increased support team preexisting, PT KA Properti Manajemen  job opening for the position and requirements as follows:

Mekanikal - Elektrikal (M/E)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
• D3 Electrical Engineering, Accreditation min. B with GPA min. 2.95. 
• Minimum 3 years work experience as M / E.
• Preferred to understand Electricity Flow Up (LAA) or the Power Lines. 
• Mastering AutoCad 2D/3D.
• Able to create and analyze the design of the M / E.

Pengawas Proyek (PS)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 30 years.
• D3 Civil Engineering, min. accredited B with GPA min. 2.95. 
• Min. 3 years of working experience as  Construction Project Supervisor.
• Understanding surveillance system project, project schedule, specification and estimation of material.
• Able to make the Budget Plan (RAB), making the S curve, and project cash flow.
• Familiar with building design applications (AutoCad, etc).
• Able to analyze images.
