cdcindonesia.com - We continue back information jobs coming from one of the energy companies in Indonesia and is an upstream oil and gas company, part of state-owned oil company PT Pertamina (Persero), that is PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java or PHE ONWJ.Profile energy company in Indonesia can be seen as follows.PHE ONWJ having upstream production area in the Offshore North West Java blocks (ONWJ), covers 8,300 square meter area in the Java Sea, spanning from north of Cirebon West Java to Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta. In ONWJ block, PHE ONWJ holds 58.2795% participating interest (PI).In  Offshore North West Java blocks, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java has 11 flow stations, 222 platforms, 3 ORF (Onshore Receiving Facilities) and 1 FSPO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading).
To support the performance of energy companies in Indonesia and increase the operational target in 2014, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java opening jobs for position and requirements are as follows:

Sr. Community Development Officer (HRR/C&EA/PHEONWJ/I/0614/01)

Requirements
  • Min. Undergraduate program (S1) majoring in Mass Communication and Anthropology.
  • At least 7 years of working experiences in oil & gas industry with exposure to community relations.
  • Having experiences in building networks/relationships with Government, Authority and Community.
  • Demonstrate good report writing skills and excellent communication with great personal skills.
  • Strong ability to influence others.
  • Strong ability to understand company policy, community culture and interest.
  • English literacy, spoken and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office.
