Originally registered as PT PP Dirganeka. In 2013, PT PP Dirganeka transformed into PT PP Pracetak. Its plant is recognized as the first preacast factory in Indonesia that able to produce round poles or spun pile with diameter 800-1000 and maximum length of 36 meters without a connection.
To support the performance of this company and increasing the profit target in 2014, PT PP Pracetak  job opening for the position and requirements as follows:

Staff Mekanik

Requirements

• Male maximum age 35 years old. 
• Minimum education SMK/D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum GPA of 2.75 
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Have solid knowledge of equipment maintenance, prevention and repair tool, such as Overhead, Gantry Crane, Genset, Batching Plant Components, Wheel Loader, Forklift, Pneumatic system, Hydraulic system, PLC system, Electrical, Wire Diagram, Bolier.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Healthy in physical and spiritual.
• Willing to be placed in the project site.

Staff Quality Control

Requirements

• Male, age maximum 35 years old. 
• S1 majoring in Civil Engineering (State University) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering and is desirable with 2 year of QC experience in Precast Industry.
• Understand the high quality of concrete materials.
• Able to calculating BQ Structure.
• Have an understanding of Concrete Regulation (Indonesian National Standard/SNI), JIS (Japanese International Standard), BS (British Standard).
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Project and CAD). 
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Healthy in physical and spiritual.
• Willing to be placed in the project site.
