Coal Utilization Manager
Work Location : Jakarta
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) in Chemical /Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 – 7 years in Performance Engineering/Boiler operation which has direct responsibility in boiler and plant efficiency
- Have good problem solving, technical calculations, research & analysis on technical data, and technical projects.
- Experience related to performance engineering of the power plant.
- Have a good interpersonal skill.

Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) in Law from reputable university (State University will be preferable);
- At least 7 years working experiences as Legal counsel in Multinational Companies or reputable law firm;
- Have a good knowledge in corporate matters and litigation cases
- Lease with external lawyer in handling the companies litigation cases or directly involved in any litigation cases of the company;
- Experience as legal advisory which provide advice and input relating to the provisions of applicable law
- Experience in assist Land Acquisition committee in legal aspect.
- Advocate license will be preferable

Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) in Law from reputable university (State University will be preferable).
- At least 3 years working experiences as Legal counsel (mining company will be preferable) or reputable law firm.
- Strong experiences in preparing contracts draft and together with user do contract negotiation with counter party.
- Has a good knowledge in corporate and litigation matters.
- Advocate license will be preferable.
Work Location : Balikpapan - Kalimantan Timur
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Manager / Assistant Managers / Team Leader with EPC experience in Engineering / material handling projects.
- Expected Software skills - autocad, Helix, Primavera / MS Project.
- Fundamental knowledge of project development and management process; CAPM / PMP / IPMA certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform role of Project Coordinator or Project Engineer.
- Good observation, communication and reporting skills.
- Contract Based position.
Work Location : Balikpapan - Kalimantan Timur
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) in Engineering / Business Studies / Management
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prefer experience in non-financial analysis, operations research, project scheduling
- Good analytical skills and ability to see the linkages and dependencies between technical and non-technical activities, critical path etc.
- Good presentation, communication and coordination skills
- Strong personality to identify, escalate, follow-up on issues and resolution.
- Fundamental understanding of project management principles.
- Familiar with Primavera software is a plus.

Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) in Civil Engineering.
- 7 - 10 years of working experience, with majority in road, canal and bridge construction, is required for this position.
- Expected Software skills - autocad, SAP, earthwork estimation, Primavera / MS Project.
- Fundamental knowledge of project development and management process; ASCE / CAPM / PMP / IPMA certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform role of Project Coordinator, Construction Team Leader or Project Engineer.
- Good observation, communication and reporting skills.

Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Habe a good analytical skill, meticulous and strong numeric skill, report writing and presentation, cost accounting, Budgeting and Budgetary Control.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Previous exposure of mining industry (especially in national coal industry) is an advantage.
- Previous exposure in Oracle Financial and Cognos TM1 system is an advantage.

- Minimum requirement of undergraduate degree (S1) in Political Science/Business Law/Private Law/International Law
- Understand general capital rule and regulation
- At least 4 years of working experience in related area of CG and capital market
- Previous exposure of mining industry (especially in national coal industry) is an advantage.

- Experience in report analyst on community habit & conflict mitigation.
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial engineering, environment engineering, chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years experiences in industrial performance or as researcher in community development.
- Able to develop environment management system.
- General Requirements
- Good comment in English (verbal and written ).
- Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Able to work in the pressure environment and tight deadline, having good interpersonal and communications skill.
